Frequently Asked Questions
What are your scheduling windows?
Visits are booked in half-day windows (AM/PM). We’ll confirm your window and send updates if timing shifts due to weather.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as the property is accessible (gates unlocked, pets secured), we’ll complete the visit and leave things tidy.
How do you handle gates and pet access?
Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are indoors/secured. If locked, we’ll skip that area and notify you.
Who is responsible for watering?
You are. We’ll advise on watering after planting or fresh mulch, but irrigation and hose access are homeowner-managed.
What happens with rain or extreme heat?
We may adjust cut height, reschedule, or switch tasks (beds vs. mowing). If conditions are unsafe, we’ll move you to the next window.
Do you remove clippings and debris?
Standard visits include mulching or bagging clippings per your preference. Garden waste and trimmings are gathered; haul-away is available on request.
Is edging included every visit?
Yes—lawn edges are touched up on a regular cadence. Deep bed edging can be scheduled as an add-on.
Can I skip or pause a visit?
Yes. Give us 24 hours’ notice to skip without charge. Repeated skips may shift you to a different schedule.
What mowing height do you use?
We cut at season-appropriate heights (typically 2.5–3.5"). We can adjust slightly based on grass type and site conditions.
How do I request extra work (mulch, planting, cleanups)?
Reply to your confirmation email or use the contact form with the task and timing. We’ll quote and add it to the next available window.
What if something is missed?
Let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return to correct it promptly—our goal is consistent, tidy results.
How does billing work?
Weekly/bi-weekly plans are billed monthly; one-time cleanups are billed after completion. Invoices are emailed with online payment options.
